Introduction
The Plant & Vehicles module helps you manage plant, vehicles and other machinery for your projects or sites, including plant owned by Suppliers and Contractors. It ensures plant has the correct documentation and consistent management according to the requirements set by your organisation.
Operator Competencies can also be managed in ComplyFlow to track documentation or learning required to operate machinery.
Viewing Plant & Vehicles List
Permissions
To access the Plant & Vehicle module, you need to have View Supplier Company Details or Add & Edit Supplier Companies permission at either ORG or Site Level.
Organisation Level permissions allow you to view and manage Plant & Vehicles across the entire organisation
Site-level permissions allow you to view and manage Plant & Vehicles for Contractors assigned to the same Sites as you.
Login and select the Plant & Vehicles module.
2. The register of Plant & Vehicles will be displayed. Select View to see more details.
3. This area shows you all the details entered by the Contractor or organisation on the left side. To the right the Plant Categories and assigned sites are shown. From the tabs across the top you can navigate to the Documents for this item and the Inspection History.

Searching for Plant & Vehicles
1.From the Plant & Vehicles register you can use the Search Bar to find a specific item.
The Search Bar allows you to find a Site by entering just a few letters or keywords (part match search), so you don’t need to type the full name or details and you can search for any information across all columns.
Filtering Plant & Vehicles
1.Select Filters next to the search bar.
2.Select the option/s you would like to filter by then select Done.
The filter that are regularly used are below:
Contractor - Use this filter to see all Plant & Vehicles assigned to a specific Contractor/Supplier.
Plant Category - Use this filter to see all Plant & Vehicles assigned to a specific Plant Category i.e EWP Boom Lift > 11m
Site - Use this filter to see all Plant & Vehicles assigned to a specific Site
Last Inspection Date - Use this filter to see what plant may be requiring a plant inspection (if applicable for your organisation)
3. The list will show Filter Tags below the Search Bar, if you have multiple set you can remove single filters by selecting 'X' or reset by selecting Clears All Filters.
Downloading Plant & Vehicles List
1.From the bottom of the Plant & Vehicle register you can Download CSV. Any filters set to narrow down the results will come through in the exported data.
