Client APP

Live Access

  • List View

    • The data refresh rate interval increased from 10 seconds to 1 minute to improve performance.

    • Filters persist for the session (i.e. after navigating away and returning to the list view).

  • Map View: User interface (UI) issues have been fixed, ensuring notifications no longer break the UI. Once dismissed, notifications should not reappear.

Supplier Module

  • Supplier Details > Sites Tab: The hyperlink under the View button next to any site has been fixed

  • A new feature enables Suppliers to assign Sites to themselves (when allowed by the Client organisation) β†’ Refer to the Account Settings Module (below).

Staff Module

  • Staff Details > Documents Section: The Additional Documents dropdown no longer shows company-flagged document categories

Live Access API

  • The Keywatcher API for Android devices was updated.

Account Settings Module

  • A new Account Settings area allows the assignment of Site(s) for Contractors to be turned ON or OFF for each Client Organisation (ORG)

    • This module is only visible for Client Staff logins and appears as a new menu in the profile dropdown on the top right:

Contractor App

  • If the feature is enabled, Contractor Admins can assign Sites from the Clients List under Client Details view:

Workers List (Contractor App)

  • A new Assign to Site(s) feature is available under the Bulk Action dropdown in the Worker List. Conditions for assigning workers include:

    • The Worker must be in the same ORG that is selected

    • The Worker must be Active

    • The Worker Admin must be assigned to and Active under the selected Client(s)
