If you wish to import Actions from external audit/inspection records, via CSV, to manage Corrective Actions within ComplyFlow, please follow the steps below.
You must have permission to create, view and modify Inspection/Templates (previously Audit R/W) to utilise this feature.
1.Select Inspection (module picker top left) > Actions > Import Actions
2. A slide-over panel will be displayed. Select Click Here or Drag & Drop Files to Upload to upload the CSV file.
An error notification will be displayed if the CSV file can't be uploaded.

Inspection Category: Free text
Checklist Item: Free text
Finding: Free Text
Action Required : Only accepts Y, N or NA
Recommendation: Free text
Priority: Needs to match the column Action Required, (If an Action Required is Y, a Priority is also required)
You may download the the standard template by selecting the Download CSV Template link or use this template Import_Actions_default.xlsx
3. Once the CSV upload is successful, fill out all required fields (marked with an asterisk) and select Import Actions.
This will create an Inspection and will appear in the Inspections list. You can also view the Inspection (see View Inspections).
Checklist items requiring actions will appear in the Actions list (see Closing Out Actions).
