Work Order data in ComplyFlow can be configured in two ways by Staff Users:
The first method is by manually creating Work Orders in the list view. Refer to Adding Work Orders Manually
The second (more common) method utilises third-party data integration. The Staff User can implement this method with the appropriate permissions by configuring the necessary settings in the Work Order Settings page.
Accessing the Work Orders Settings
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to access the Work Orders Settings.
Work Order Settings can only be accessed by the Staff with Super User permission within the organisation (i.e. this needs to be managed by ComplyFlow support).
1.Log in to your account using your username and password, or sign in with your Microsoft account.
2. Once logged in, go to the top-left and select the module picker, and select the Suppliers module.
3. Next, select the Work Orders dropdown and select Settings.
4. This will display the Settings page where you can view or update the Work Order Settings.
Settings for Data Integration
In the Work Order Settings page, you will find several fields that need to be filled for the data integration to work as expected:
Token: The token is the authentication key for accessing the API. You need to provide a valid token to ensure successful data retrieval.
URL: This field is used to input the third party's API URL from which Work Order data will be retrieved.
Enable Mybuildings Integration: MyBuildings is a third-party service provided by CoreVision that offers staging data for Work Orders. Select this checkbox to enable data integration with MyBuildings (new Work Orders will be replicated into ComplyFlow from the external system via a scheduled task)
Send Updates with Live Access: When this option is enabled, any updates to the status of Work Orders in the ComplyFlow system will be synchronised back to MyBuildings (i.e. from Live Access).
The scheduled task in ComplyFlow will fetch new records twice daily (at 11 PM and 11 AM) (GMT+10).
