The Work Order Status is key to keeping Staff Users informed on the progress of each Work Order. It allows Staff Users to readily monitor the progression of each Work Order (e.g., New, In Progress, Completed), facilitating improved decision-making and streamlined task management.

You must have at least the View Supplier Company Details (previously Contractor R) permission to access the Work Orders List View.

View the Work Order Status

1.Log in to your account by entering your username and password or signing in with your Microsoft account.

2. Once logged in, select the module picker on the top left, and select the Suppliers module.

3. Once you are in the Suppliers module, select Work Orders from the menu on the left:

4. After that, the page will display the list of Work Orders.

5. Select Filters (above the table) and then locate the Status field in the slide-over panel; here you can see - and filter by - all of the possible Work Order Statuses:

Understanding Work Order Status

  1. New: A work order has been created, but no action has been taken.

  2. In Progress: Work has started and is currently underway.

  3. On Hold: The work order has been temporarily paused, awaiting further instructions or resources.

  4. Completed: The work order has been completed.

  5. Completed by Contractor: The work order has been finished and completed by a Supplier's employee through the Live Access App.

  6. Cancelled: The work order has been cancelled and will not be completed.

The New and In Progress statuses can be set manually and via data integration. Refer to Work Order Settings & Data Integration
