Activity Feature

When Work Orders are not enabled, there is an alternative Activity tracking feature with similar functionality.

This feature is used by Suppliers who are not configured with Work Orders or by Workers who are performing tasks outside the scope of existing Work Orders.

It provides an alternative way to track the work of their Workers. However, this feature is more flexible regarding workers' tasks but does not include structured details.

Activity Feature for Suppliers With Configured Work Orders

1.Start by signing into your Worker account with your phone number and PIN. Refer to Logging in to Live Access for more information.

2. Once signed in, select the Sign in to Site button to choose the site you will be working on.

3. Complete any other required fields if configured (e.g., Hazard, Confirmation required, etc.) throughout the sign-in process until the Work Orders Selection page is displayed (immediately below).

4. If you don’t want to select a Work Order, scroll down and Select the Can’t find your work order? hyperlink:

  • Start Activity Page: You will be directed to the Start Activity page, which asks you to fill in the name of the activity you will be working on.

5. The Start Activity button will become enabled when the Activity is entered. When selected, you (i.e., the Worker) will be signed in and directed to the Home Page. The app will also display a notification to inform you that the process was successful.

6. If you wish to sign out your worker account from the Activity, you can follow the same steps as Signing Out of Work Order.

Note that if no Work Orders are available, the ‘What are you working on?’ screen will be displayed by default.
