Dashboard
Updated the Scheduled Inspection Alerts, ensuring staff users only see their alerts
Any outstanding (or old) Incident alerts now automatically disappear from the Dashboard when incidents are closed
Incident Module
A new optional Organisation column is available and allows the selection of either the logged in user’s Organisation OR any Supplier linked to the account
This field can be toggled ON or OFF via Incident Settings > Display Organisation Field In Step 1
It will be displayed in the List View, Incident Details, and the PDF report
The Sign-off Feature has been improved to ensure that only relevant Staff will be notified
Inspection Module
The Weekly Inspection Actions Email Digest has been improved for better User experience
The checklist items in the PDF export now appear in the exact same order as in the Inspection template used to complete the inspection

Fixed an issue with the Comments section when deactivating or activating Suppliers
SSO Auto Provision Settings
There is a new option to include All Sites in the Organisation Details > Default Site for SSO auto provision field (when enabled, this provisions the users to every Site in the account instead of a single Site)
Contractor App
Company Documents will now show in the Documents List with status pending upload when requested
When using the Assign to Site(s) feature the confirmation browser dialogue will now only appear when relevant
Importing workers from the Staging Area has been fixed to ensure accurate matching between new and existing workers (i.e. ignoring capital letters to avoid duplicate records)
Client and Contractor App
Improved navigation when changing identities in different tabs, ensuring the correct error message appears if the User lacks the correct access permission
Live Access API
Resolved an issue where Site Supervisors faced errors signing in deactivated employees using the Manage Others feature

Risk Management Module
New Features
Ability to Add Images and Files to Controls
Users can now attach images or files to controls in the following processes:
When creating new risks: Users can upload images or files to each control
When updating existing controls: Users can add images or files to controls during updates
Ability to Add Activities to Risk Actions (similar to Incidents)
Users can now add activities to Risk Actions by selecting Manage > Close / Add Activity
Different options in the dropdown for ‘Is the Risk Action Closed?’
Yes: Changes the Risk Action status to Closed
No: Changes the Risk Action status to In Progress
Partial: Changes the Risk Action status to Partial
Not Required: Changes the Risk Action status to Not Required
Users can also upload photos or files by clicking the Add Files button when adding activities to Risk Actions or when adding controls to existing risks
These updates provide additional flexibility and functionality within risk management module by allowing image/file uploads and improved activity tracking for Risk Actions.
