Client APP

Dashboard Module

  • People Document Categories requested from any Site Details view are now visible to assigned Staff Approvers, regardless of Site assignment

Staff Module

  • Updated Site(s) filter to include deactivated Staff Users

  • Updated Staff Categories Status to ensure it displays correctly

  • Person Attributes now visible to all Staff Users with Staff R/RW access rights at the Organisation or Site level

    • Person Attributes flagged as HR requires HR access rights

    • Person Attributes flagged as Restricted requires Restricted access rights

Supplier Module

  • Optimised Supplier Details view process for faster performance

  • Removed incorrect Free licence type from Licence Payments

  • Removed HTML tags from Additional Documents in the Worker Details Compliance section

  • Document Section: Upload on behalf of option now enforces Business rules, requiring Employee (RW) access at Organisation or Site level

Inspection Module

  • Corrected PDF Export Feature to prevent tilted photos

Plant & Vehicles Module

  • Corrected List view Status column

  • Restricted Plant Document Category approval process to designated Approvers

Forms Module

  • Added Extend Permit option under Actions

  • Default landing page changed to All Forms list view on OCF and NCF

Live Access Module

  • User phone numbers now display in List view and CSV export

  • Added option to hide locations from native APP sign-in

Risk Register Module

  • Disabled the Risk Review > Actions > Add Action button for users with only Risk R access at the Organisation or Site level

Auto Provisioning from Azure

  • Resolved duplicate Staff profiles creation issue

Account Settings

  • Added ability to customise menu settings

Contractor APP

Plant & Vehicles Module

  • Plant Item creation and assignment process now enforces Business rules, displays only authorised Sites and Clients

  • Resolved error when creating new Plant Items

Staging Area Feature

  • Improved filters retain settings when navigating away and returning

Licences

  • Email subjects on Licence Payment alerts now indicate payment type

CF System Email Alerts

  • Updated Company Document Categories expiry email alert design

  • Corrected typo on the Approval Category for Contractors email alert

Client API

  • ADD Staff API endpoint

    • Email addresses on previously deleted account can now be reused, enabling successful login for new Staff Users

  • Live Access API

    • Resolved issue preventing Site Supervisors from viewing signed-in user profile details

Other Updates

  • Multiple Modules

    • Added search functionality to filters for improved User Experience (UX)
