OS and Android Live Access release (WO/TORUS/Site Manager Home Screen)

Live Access Module (For both IOS and Android)

  • New Feature: Work Orders

    • Workers are now prompted to select or create an Activity upon sign-in

    • Toggle ON or OFF per Organisation from Staff Login > Account Settings

    • Configure in the Web App via the Supplier Module > Work Orders feature

    • Data tracked in Live Access Dashboard > List View & Sign In Book

  • New Feature: Non-Compliant User Restrictions

    • Prevents non-compliant users from signing into a location using the Live Access Mobile Apps or Web App QR code link

    • Toggle ON or OFF in Settings > Organisation Details

    • Supports Compliance Filters V1 and V2

    • Restrictions triggered during sign-in, after selecting the site and tapping on Locations where you are Not Compliant

  • TORUS Integration

    • Integrated TORUS with the Keywatcher feature within Live Access

  • Site Manager Home Screen Updates

    • Site Managers (Area Supervisors) can now access critical information and actions without signing into a location, including:

      • View signed-in Workers/Staff

      • Review and process submitted Permits

      • New ability to sign out any worker

      • View Key Requests and approve/decline

    • Dependent on Organisation’s LCP (Live Access Module) configuration

  • Location Information Collection

    • Added an option to disable location information collection when signing into Locations via Live Access App

  • Bug Fixes and UX Improvements

    • Implemented various bug fixes and enhancements across iOS and Android platforms to improve the overall user experience

Live Access API

  • Resolved sign-in issue, so users can now sign in to multiple locations

  • Locations now display according to the compliance status of the worker signing in: green/Compliant or red/Not Compliant
