Manage existing Worker records efficiently with this step-by-step guide covering editing, commenting, document uploads, and status changes.
You will need at least View Supplier Company Details and Manage Workers & Training permission to manage these changes. For more information, see
Find a Worker
1.To find a Worker, select the module picker
at the top-left and select Suppliers > Workers to see the list of all the Contractor’s Workers.
2. Use the Search bar or the Filter options:
a. The Search bar works with part-match searching, so you don’t have to write a full sentence to search for a Worker. Access their details by selecting View beside their name.
b. To find a Worker using the Worker attributes, select Filter beside the Search bar, choose relevant attributes, and select Done. Access their details by selecting View beside their name.
Edit Worker Details
3. On the Worker profile, scroll down and select Edit Details.
4. While editing the Worker details, you can perform any of the following actions:
Cancel: Discards unsaved changes and exits the current screen
Save Details: Saves updated Worker information
Deactivate Worker: Removes Worker accessibility/status within ComplyFlow
Deactivate or Reactivate a Worker
5. To archive a Worker, select Deactivate Worker in the Worker Details editing page.
6. In the pop-up box, select a reason from the Select Requirement dropdown, add a comment (optional), and select Deactivate Worker.
You will see a notification that the Worker has been successfully deactivated, and the status on the Worker Details and Worker List will reflect this change.
7. To unarchive a Worker, select Activate Worker in the Worker Details editing page.
8. In the pop-up box, select a reason, add a comment (optional), and select Reactivate Worker.
You will see a notification that the Worker has been successfully deactivated, and the status on the Worker Details and Worker List will reflect this change.
Edit Worker’s Compliance Settings
9. To add Worker Category, go to the Compliance Settings tab and select one or more categories from the dropdown menu, and select Assign Category when done.
10. To remove a category, select Actions > Unassign next to the assigned category.
11. To request additional compliance documents, select the required document(s) from the dropdown list in the Additional Documents section and select Assign Document.
12. To unassign a document, select Actions > Unassign.
13. To assign additional sites to a Worker, select one or more Sites from the dropdown and then select Assign Site.
14. To view the details of an assigned Site, select the Show All Details button next to the Site.

15. To unassign a Site, select Actions > Unassign.
16. To assign a Worker an online training/induction, choose from the dropdown list and select Assign Online Training. To remove an Induction, select Actions > Unassign.
Add or Remove Comments to/from Worker’s Profile
17. To add a comment, go to the Comment tab, select a category from the (1) Comment Type dropdown, enter your (2) comment, and select (3) Add Comment. To delete a comment, select (4) Remove.
Comments are exclusively visible to Staff members assigned to the same Site as the Worker, and hidden from Admins and other Workers.
Manage Worker’s Documents
18. To upload a document for a Worker, go to the Documents tab and select Actions > Upload.
19. Add the file in the Upload Document(s) popup, select the expiry date or No Expiry Date, and select Upload Document(s). Optionally, add a comment before uploading the document.
20. To view or download an uploaded document, select View. The document details slide-over panel will appear, offering Download and Preview options.
21. To supersede the existing document and upload a new one, select Actions > Supersede and confirm this action in the popup. This action is recorded in the document's history, accessible via View Documents History.
22. To view detailed document history, go to the Worker's Document History page and select Show All Details. To collapse document details, select Hide All Details.
23. To download the superseded document, select the download icon.
24. To delete an uploaded document, select Actions > Remove File and confirm in the popup.
The document record remains visible, but the Download button is disabled.
Export Worker List
To return to the Worker List, select Back to Worker List from the Worker Details page, or select Workers from the left menu.
Filter the list as needed, then scroll to the bottom and select Download CSV.
