Client APP

Workers

  • Updated to ensure multi-organisation workers’ activation/deactivation is recorded in Worker Details > History/Comments section

  • Document categories with the internal flag TRUE now appear in the dropdown of the Assign Additional Document section

  • The Upload button in the Worker Details > Documents Tab now enforces business rules, requires Employee RW ORG or Site level permission

Incident Module

  • List view enhancements:

    • Reporting Columns now responsive, adapting to any screen size

    • Incident ID formatting: No wrapping

    • Supplier column header renamed to Organisation

    • Chevron icon positioning fixed next to column headers

  • Incident Configuration > Notification Managers now sorted alphabetically

Plant & Vehicles Module

  • Corrected typo on the toast notification when removing a file in Plant Details > Documents Tab

  • Remove File policy in Documents now enforces Business Rules

Risk Register Module

  • Optimised editing risks process for better user experience

Simple Sites

  • Site Details: Code field now display '&' correctly; Existing data requires manual update

  • Staff User’s name with special characters now display correctly in the Site Contact field

  • Optimised Adding Site validation

Staff Module

  • Staff Users with Site-level Staff R/RW access can now view deactivated Staff Users in List view

Suppliers

  • Resolved status display issue in Supplier details

  • Corrected organisation business number display in the Document Review modal and Supplier Details

User Registration

  • Updated to prevent duplicate account creation with the same login email

Contractor APP

  • Plant & Vehicles

    • Updated to prevent issues with adding a new Plant record

  • Documents

    • Updated to prevent duplicate data creation when selecting the Add button multiple times

  • Workers List

    • Enhanced licence check: Contractor Administrator now redirected to purchase before adding workers to a Client that require a licence

Inspection Module

  • New Feature

    • Inspection Checklist Item > Person Responsible: Clients can add Staff Categories to the dropdown using an ON/OFF toggle

  • Templates

    • Scheduled Settings: Improved validation to ensure Repeat Every always has a value, if configured

    • Advanced Settings: Staff Users can now configure a default contact for Actions assigned

  • Updated Activity column sorting in the Inspection Action List view

  • Improved PDF Export feature to handle corrupted data, ensuring functionality even without Inspection Priority values

  • Settings > Action Priority: New Advanced Action Settings section now includes an option to use Staff Categories for Inspection actions

  • Corrected the Conducted At date in List view and Inspection Date in PDF export to display correctly

Live Access APP

  • Enhanced Live Access sign in with a new version of the QR code link

Risk Register API

  • Updated endpoint to include Archived risks

Inspection Settings - Option to hide Partial actions release

Inspection Module

  • Inspection Checklist Items > Priority: Added option to the WebApp to hide the Partial value in the dropdown

    • Toggle ON/OFF per Organisation/Client under Inspection > Settings > Action Priority > Advanced Action Settings
