13-12-2024 "Contractor Email Alert when Documents are requested" release

Client APP

  • New Feature

    • Supplier Notification for Company Document Requests:

      • Suppliers now receive reminders to submit required company documents

  • How It Works

    • Trigger Events for Email Alerts:

      1. Manually assigning Contractor Categories

      2. Manually assigning additional Document Categories

      3. Submission of a Form by the Contractor, where Company Document Categories are assigned after approving Section 1

      4. New Supplier completing the Account Setup process

      5. Existing Supplier joining a new Client Organisation using the Client Code, with Contractor Categories selected

    • Recipient Rules

      • Primary Admin Notifications:

        • Notified by default if linked with the Client

      • Alternative Admin Notifications:

        • If the Primary Admin is not linked, a Worker Admin or Restricted Admin linked to the Client will be notified

        • If multiple Worker Admins are linked, only one will receive notifications

    • Email Alerts

      • One email is sent for each Document Category requested

      • Example: If 10 Company Documents are requested, 10 email notifications are sent

      • No alerts are sent if a Document Category has already been requested

    • Reassigning Contractor Categories

      • Unassigning and reassigning a Contractor Category triggers new email alerts for all requested Document Categories

      • The same applies to Additional Document Categories
