Setting Up Lone Worker Tracking

Enable lone worker tracking in ComplyFlow to enhance safety for isolated employees. Follow these steps to configure Lone Worker settings, assign supervisors, and set Estimated Time on Site (ETOS) parameters.

You need Live Access Admin (+ Super User) permissions to modify this setting. For more information, refer to Staff Permissions Overview

Enable the Lone Worker Setting

Step 1: Access the Local Compliance Profile

1. Log in to your ComplyFlow dashboard and select module picker > Back to Old ComplyFlow, because the configuration is on the Old ComplyFlow.

2. Navigate to Live Access in the top menu.

3. Select Configurations on the left sidebar.

4. Select Local Compliance Profile.

Step 2: Edit Site Settings

1. Search for the desired site in the list.

2. Select the pencil icon at the far right end of the site that you want to edit.

3. On the Edit Local Compliance Profile, check the box that says Enable Lone Workers.

4. Select Save.

Assign Area Supervisors to the Site

Designate supervisors for notifications.

1. Log in to your ComplyFlow dashboard and select module picker > Back to Old ComplyFlow.

2. Navigate to Live Access in the top menu.

3. Select Configurations on the left sidebar.

4. Select Local Compliance Profile.

5. Select the magnifying glass icon at the far right end of the site that you want to edit.

6. Select the Site’s supervisor from the Area Supervisor dropdown, then Save.

Select the ETOS

Set Estimated Time on Site (ETOS) parameters. ETOS parameters are set by Staff Users or Workers during the Live Access sign-in process on the app if they are the Lone Worker on the site. The Area Supervisor is notified when the Lone Worker exceeds the ETOS.

Lone Workers can trigger a Distress Alarm with the Emergency button.
