Incidents Module
We extended our Incident Module in the Contractor APP and added new features to the Incident Module.
1. The Incidents Module for Suppliers can be enabled per Client Organisation.
Client Organisations can select which Incident Types the Supplier Workers have access to.
Incident > Configuration > Incident Settings
Allow Suppliers to Add Incidents
Allowed Incident Types for Contractors
2. Restricted access for Workers: They cannot
View Incidents created in the Client APP
Edit an Incident after submission
Export the PDF report
Create Corrective Actions or Investigations.
See the notification modal when submitting an Incident; notification groups will still be triggered as usual.
See incidents created by other users
Admins can view all Incidents within the company
3. New Features in Incident Configuration (Incident > Configuration > Incident Settings)
Incident Visibility: Staff without Incident Permissions can now view their own Incidents.
Incident Status: Incidents will remain in Submitted status until the Notification Manager forwards them.
4. Incident Details: Dropdown question type now includes an Other option, allowing free-text input.

Fixed to successfully import the Indigenous Status, Department, and Salutation data from the CSV

Company Document Categories: Documents with an expiry date that are Submitted but not approved will now automatically expire, consistent with other active Document Categories
Supplier Overall Status:
Re-added the Overall Status filter
Fixed compliance issues to ensure that it updates correctly in all scenarios

My Sites Only – Allows the logged-in User to view only the Sites they are assigned to or all Sites in the Organisation
Site Code Flexibility: Sites can now have the same Site CODE
Additional Fixes: Applied various bug fixes and improvements for enhanced performance
