14-02-2025 Client APP > Workers V3 release

Client App

  • Workers > Worker List > Worker Detail

    • Fixed Comment for Reviewer tooltip issue when uploading multiple files

    • Resolved a User Interface (UI) issue where the tooltip was cut off in mobile view

    • Addressed console error when pressing What Does This Mean? for a worker without an assigned categories

  • Workers > Worker Details > Documents Tab

    • Fixed error when uploading multiple documents without matching pending document requirements

    • Added disabled download button to Document History Slide Panel

    • Resolved User Interface (UI) issue with expanded detail layout in mobile view

    • Now displays Reviewer's comment for a rejected document

    • Added Delete & Redo option for document categories in Awaiting Approval status

    • Updated the Delete & Redo feature to ensure it follows the correct business rules

    • Fixed Delete & Redo at the site level and corrected permission requirements

    • Restricted document deletion and redo to Add & Edit Internal Employees with Workers > View and Download Worker Documents (Staff RW with Worker Document) + Uploader or Super User permissions

  • Workers > Worker Details > Compliance Tab

    • Disabled the Online Training Action CTA for staff without Workers > Manage Workers & Training (Training RW) permission to avoid confusion

Incident Module

  • Corrective Actions: Resolved issue preventing edited activities with file attachments from being saved

Live Access

  • Security: Resolved issue with whitelisted IP addresses not updating accurately for API and Inspection App logins

Risk Register

  • The Effective From Date is now required when adding a new control

Staff

  • Fixed an issue where new Staff photos bypassed approval if a previous one was already approved

Suppliers

  • Work Orders

    • Active work orders now display first in the list

  • Workers > Document Tab

    • Added a toast notification for transfer approval

  • Workers > Documents

    • Restored the Delete & Redo option for document categories while awaiting approval

  • Supplier Details

    • Fixed unexpected field behaviour in the Additional Details section

  • Contractor Activation

    • Fixed missing Contractor Category and Site details in the success modal

Other Updates

    • Removed an unintended grey line appearing after the logo

    • Removed β€˜You’ from the Document Expired email

Contractor App

  • Forms > Worker Admins

    • Fixed an issue allowing Worker Admins to delete Contractor Category forms generated when a supplier joined a new Client organisation

  • Incident > Export CSV

    • CSV export columns now accurately match the columns displayed in the Contractor App

  • Workers > Share Workers Button

    • The Share Workers button is now hidden

  • Contractor Registration Page (Android)

    • Fixed an issue preventing users from selecting a country from the drop-down list

Inspection Module

  • Template > Scheduled Inspection

    • Updates to templates now correctly reflect in generated inspections, including Start Date and Occurrences

  • Changed the default view from Actions to Inspections for better navigation and user experience

Live Access App

  • Fixed an issue with permits without expiry dates not displaying correctly in the Permit List and Permit Details view

  • Resolved sing-in issue affecting User profiles

  • Added tags for the date/time filter in the Sign-in Book

  • Updated the PDF Export to align with the CF design
