The Scan QR Code feature provides a quicker way to access and complete a Plant Inspection.
Steps to Use the Scan QR Code Feature
1. Login to the Inspection App
2. Select Scan a QR Code
3. Scan the QR code on the plant item.
4. The System Finds a Match for the Plant Item
5. If there is more than one assigned site, Select Site
6. The Plant Inspection Details screen displays all relevant information about the scanned plant item.
7. Select Continue to proceed with the inspection.
If an inspection template is not configured against the plant item you will be requested to select it before undertaking the inspection.
