Adding a Sign in Point (Location)

You will need to add a site before you set up a sign in point, refer to this guide

Navigate to the Sites modules from the top right menu

Select View Site in the actions column

Click the Site Access tab at the top of the page

Select Add Location

Fill in the Location details:

  • Set the Location Name - This will be what users see in when they sign in

  • Add the geofence for the location - Search the site address and draw the boundary.

  • Block Visitor Sign-in - This prevents visitors from signing in using a QR code

  • Optional to change the geofence colour - Can be used to show high risk areas with compliance requirements

  • Assign a site induction from the dropdown list if applicable

After saving you can then generate the QR code for signing in

To update any details set for the location you can select Edit
