Permit Examples (Workflow)
Below are the 2 examples of how to create a permit:
Example 1 (Contractor): The company administrator creates a permit (see this guide Start A Form for the steps) (1) , once submitted it goes through to the Permit Holder/staff member for approval and it becomes active once reviewed and approved (2).
Once the permit has been created, it will be visible to the Live Access Dashboard for the contractors to sign in to permit. Make sure the permit has an 'ACTIVE' status. Click the Permit (a) > check out the form attached (b) > go back to Sign In area then click Sign in button (c).
