Site Document Advanced Settings (including Live Access)

Introduction

This guide explains how to manage advanced settings for Site Documents in ComplyFlow, including visibility options for Live Access and Staff Categories.

Permissions Required

To manage Site Document settings, you need permission to manage sites. Refer to Staff Permissions Overview.

Accessing Document Settings

  1. Navigate to Sites > Site Documents

  2. Locate the document you want to manage

  3. Select Actions > View/Edit for the document

Document Settings Options

These settings are optional for each document:

Hide from Contractors

  • By default, documents are hidden from Contractors

  • Uncheck this option to make documents visible to Contractors

Display at Sign In (Live Access)

  • By default, documents are set to NOT display in Live Access

  • Select this option if you want to display Site Documents for Locations at the Site (for visitor/contractor sign-in with QR codes, or in the Live Access app)

Restrict to Staff Category

  • Select this option if you want to restrict the document so it's only visible to specific internal Staff Users

  • After selecting this option, choose the Staff Categories you wish to restrict access to from the dropdown menu

  • This ensures only Staff Users in the selected categories can view the document

Saving Your Changes

After configuring your desired settings, select the Update Settings button to save your changes.
