Client APP

  • Forms Module

    • The Extend Form feature did not correctly record operations in the Form Details > History section, which has now been fixed

    • A new setting was added to manually order Form question values

  • Staff List

    • The Categories column broke when a Staff Category contained double quotes, which has been corrected

  • Live Access

    • Map View: The Alert Badge had no space between the logo and the badge, which has now been adjusted

    • System Emails: The User signed into site email (via the QR code sign-in feature) has been updated

  • Worker Module

    • Previewing documents from Worker Details caused UI issues, which has been resolved

  • Suppliers > Workers

    • Sorting the Worker List Column returned zero results on a specific data table, which has been fixed

  • Worker List > Worker Details > Documents

    • The Delete & Redo document function was not working properly and has now been fixed

  • Risk Register

    • Queries in the Risk by Site view have been optimised

Inspection Module

  • No confirmation dialog was displayed when a User started an inspection not assigned to them, which has now been added

  • Action Detail View

    • Closing out checklist items with activities and multiple files caused issues with PDF downloads and preview loading, which has been resolved

  • The PDF export was updated to match the design system

Inspection API

  • GET Inspection Data

    • Added ‘Conducted By’ and ‘Staff ID’ to the API response

Incident APP

  • Editing Incidents

    • When changing the Incident Type, tags from the previous Incident Type were not removed, which has now been corrected

  • Incident Details View

    • Opening a specific Incident in Stable triggered a fatal error, which has been fixed

  • Incident Module

    • A file upload option was added to Corrective Actions and Investigations, and permissions were modified to allow activity changes

    • The Forwarding PDF Functionality now excludes restricted Sections or Questions from the PDF attachment

Contractor APP

  • Incidents > Filters

    • The Site Filter showed all sites from the organisations linked with the supplier, which has now been corrected

  • Incidents > Visibility

    • All incidents were visible to everyone regardless of their client organisation link, which has now been restricted accordingly

  • Creating Incidents

    • When creating a new regular or notifiable incident, the Supplier’s Trade Name was missing from the email alert sent to Notification Managers, which has now been included

Staff Module

  • NCF > Staff Detail View

    • Completing the Online Training Comment did not allow paragraphs, which has now been fixed

Payment Management for Invoicing

  • Resolved issues related to payment management within the invoicing system to ensure accurate processing and tracking
