17-09-2025 September 2025 Quick Release V2

Summary

This release resolves 9 issues (6 bug fixes, 3 improvements) ensuring improved system reliability and enhanced user experience for enterprise clients. Updates address high-priority production issues including Starter account configuration, supplier status, Live Access filtering, Staff permissions, and API enhancements.

Client App

  • Organisation Creation Fixed - Removed hard-coded project approval category from Starter and Enterprise organisation creation.

  • Forms Module - Forms requested from Starter Accounts now appear on invited Contractor Dashboards and generate correctly.

Suppliers

  • Compliance Status Display Fixed - Supplier overall status shows correctly when Global Documents are uploaded but not yet approved.

Staff Management

  • Site Access Monitor Permissions - Site Access Monitors can now complete and close permits without requiring full Forms Create/View/Edit permissions. Area Supervisors and Form Reviewers can close assigned permit sections as intended for permit workflows.

Live Access

  • PSB Filter Behaviour - Removing all filters now displays empty results instead of loading all records, preventing performance issues for large datasets. Users must specify at least one filter criterion to view results.

  • Sign-in Book Search - To improve the UX, the Search functionality no longer auto-applies filters without user confirmation. Filters only apply when user explicitly clicks "DONE", with proper filter labels displayed.

Inspections

  • Template Site Selection Improved - Resolved confusing "Project" field conflicts by moving "Restrict to Site" to Advanced Settings. Implemented mutual exclusivity between single site restriction and scheduled sites with clear information panels.

API

  • Inspection Actions Enhanced - Added action_code field for PowerBI integration. Also added finding and recommendation fields to return user-generated content from inspection checklist items.
