Summary

This major system release delivers comprehensive improvements across Live Access, authentication, registration workflows, API enhancements, and data management.

The release resolves 25 issues including critical fixes for Live Access notifications, Microsoft authentication, form status workflows, and supplier document management, while adding important features like API pagination, visitor settings configuration, enhanced account registration validation, and improved table layouts.

Live Access

  • Sign-In Notifications - The notification system now properly filters alerts based on each staff member's site assignments, ensuring they only see relevant activity for their assigned locations.

  • Fixed Worker Sign-In Error - Resolved Error Code 10 that was preventing workers from signing into locations. Workers can now successfully sign in to sites without encountering this error.

  • Sign-In Record Matching Improved - Fixed an error that occurred when the system couldn't find matching sign-in records during sign-out. The system now properly tracks and matches sign-in and sign-out records, preventing data inconsistencies.

  • Export CSV Data Accuracy Improved - The Sign In Book CSV export now shows correct status labels and values. Previously incorrect or confusing status information in exported reports has been corrected for accurate recordkeeping.

  • Project Sign In Book Table Layout Enhanced - Improved the column layout in the Project Sign In Book table with better sizing and visual hierarchy. Columns now have appropriate minimum and maximum width constraints, making it easier to read and navigate the data.

Authentication & Security

  • Microsoft Login Errors Resolved - Fixed critical errors occurring during Microsoft single sign-on authentication, including CSRF token validation issues and missing authorisation code handling.

  • Logout Process Stabilised - Resolved JavaScript errors that could occur during logout when Intercom chat integration was not loaded.

Registration & Account Management

  • Registration Flow Enhanced - Updated the account registration process in Step 1 to better capture user intent and streamline the onboarding experience.

  • Microsoft SSO Email Validation Added - The system now prevents users from registering with Microsoft SSO using free email domains (like gmail.com, outlook.com).

Supplier & Contractor Management

  • Global Document Approval Now Works Across All Organisations - Fixed a issue where company global document categories requested by multiple organisations would only show as approved in some organisations, not all. Documents are now properly synchronized and show the correct approval status across all requesting organisations.

  • Primary Admin Protection Enhanced - Non-super users are now prevented from deactivating the last remaining primary admin of a supplier company. This safeguard ensures supplier organisations always maintain at least one active administrator with full permissions.

  • ABN Verification Automation Added - Implemented automated weekly ABN (Australian Business Number) rechecking for contractor compliance. The system now automatically validates ABN registration status on a regular schedule, helping ensure ongoing compliance with Australian business requirements.

  • Duplicate Email Detection When Adding Workers - The system now displays a helpful notification when attempting to add a worker using an email address that already exists in the company's worker list (Primary admins can view the existing worker profile directly, preventing duplicate accounts and unnecessary license purchases. Restricted admins can assign the existing worker to additional clients or sites without creating duplicates).

Forms & Permits

  • Form Status Workflow Corrected - Forms now properly transition to "Awaiting RFA" status instead of incorrectly changing to "Closed" when moving from "Awaiting Evidence" status. This ensures the correct approval workflow is followed and forms don't get prematurely closed.

Reports & Analytics

  • Competency Matrix Filter Panel Fixed - The Competency Matrix report filter panel now displays all fields correctly and scrolling works as expected. Users can now access all available filter options to customise their competency reports.

Sites & Configuration

  • Site Code Validation Improved - Fixed incorrect duplicate site code warning messages. The system now properly validates site codes and only shows duplication warnings when genuine duplicates exist.

  • Visitor Settings Configuration Added - Organisations can now configure default visitor settings for both Enterprise and Starter accounts. This provides better control over visitor management and streamlines the setup process for site access.

  • Worker Category Test Dropdown Sorted - Test options in Worker Categories configuration are now displayed in alphabetical order, making it easier to find and select the appropriate test requirements.

Dashboard

  • Plant Category Document Alerts Now Show Correctly - Dashboard alerts for document categories and online tests requested from Plant Categories now appear properly, even when the Plant Category is not assigned to any plant items. Staff can now see all relevant compliance alerts regardless of asset assignments.

API Enhancements

  • Inspection API Pagination Added - The GET Inspections API endpoint now supports pagination, improving performance and reliability when retrieving large sets of inspection data. API consumers can now efficiently retrieve inspection records in manageable batches.

  • Employee API Enhanced with Worker Category Status - The Get Employees endpoint now includes worker category status information in API responses. This provides external systems with more complete employee compliance data for integration purposes.

Infrastructure & Stability

  • Database Query Error Resolved - Fixed a database exception error ("Unknown column 'rpe.id'") that could occur in certain scenarios. This improves system stability and prevents potential data retrieval issues.
