Staff Management
Employee Archiving Now Works Correctly - Staff can now successfully archive employees without encountering errors.
API Enhancements
Staff Document List Shows All Active Documents - The staff list API now correctly displays all non-expired documents for each document category. When a staff member has multiple valid documents for the same category (such as one approved and one awaiting review), both documents now appear in the API response as intended. This ensures external systems receive complete document compliance information.
Document Categories Now Include Status and Pending Uploads - The staff list API has been enhanced to include document status information (approved, expired, awaiting review, pending upload) for each document category. Pending uploads that haven't been submitted yet now appear in the response, giving external systems visibility into outstanding compliance requirements.
Organisation Management
Permission Settings Can Now Be Standardised - Administrators can now duplicate security default settings and permission schemes across organisations, ensuring consistent security configurations for new client accounts. This streamlines organisation setup and maintains security policy consistency across the platform.
Reports
Competency Matrix Active Users Filter Fixed - The "Active Users Only" filter in the Competency Matrix report now correctly shows only staff members who are currently active in the organisation.
