Summary

This quick release addresses issues across Forms, Licences, Incidents, and Staff Management modules. The release resolves 5 issues including high-priority fixes for Forms CSV export functionality and licence invoice generation, along with improvements to incident note permissions for closed incidents.

Forms Module

  • CSV Export Now Works in All Forms - The export function now generates and downloads the CSV file as expected, allowing staff to extract form data for reporting and analysis.

  • Overview Menu Icon Displays Correctly - The Forms module left menu now shows the correct Overview icon for all organisations.

Contractor Licences

  • Licence Invoice PDF Now Shows Complete Pricing - PDF invoices generated after licence purchases now correctly display all pricing information including the licence type amount and credit card surcharge fields.

Incidents

  • Staff Can Now Add Notes to Closed Incidents - Staff users with Incident Read/Write permissions at Organisation or Site level can now add notes to incidents that have been closed.

Staff Management

  • Employee Archive Function Now Works Reliably - Staff can now successfully archive employees without encountering errors. Previously, archiving certain employee profiles would trigger a fatal error when the employee record had incomplete user data. The system now properly handles all employee data scenarios during the archiving process.
