Security & Permissions
Staff Document Download Permissions Updated - The system now correctly checks user permissions before allowing document access, ensuring sensitive staff documents remain protected.
Cross-Organisation Staff Names Hidden in Document Tables - When viewing supplier or worker documents that were uploaded by staff from another organisation, the system now displays the Person ID instead of the staff member's name. This prevents internal staff names from being exposed to users in other organisations, maintaining proper data privacy across multi-organisation contractors.
Inspections
Template List Now Loads Significantly Faster - The Inspection Templates list view has been optimised for dramatically improved loading performance. Organisations with many templates will experience much faster page loads when accessing the Templates section.
Plant & Vehicles
Plant Item Photos No Longer Replaced During Inspection Sync - Fixed an issue where uploading a new photo for a plant item during an inspection would incorrectly replace the existing plant item photo after syncing. Photos uploaded during inspections are now stored separately from the main plant item photo, preserving the original image.
Forms
Form Submission Emails Now Show Supplier Name - When workers submit forms, the notification email now correctly shows their supplier name alongside the submitter's name in the "Submitted By" field.
Site Documents
Download Site Documents Button Now Works - Workers can now successfully download all site documents as a ZIP file.
Translation
Worker List Now Displays in All Languages - Fixed an issue where the Worker List would fail to load when using certain languages including Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Indonesian, and Vietnamese. The Actions button translations have been corrected, and the Worker List now displays properly in all supported languages.
Account Settings
Organisation ID Now Visible in Account Settings - The Organisation ID is now displayed in the Account Settings area under the Plan & Organisation tab. This makes it easier for administrators to quickly reference and share their organisation ID when contacting support or for reporting purposes.
System Emails
Site Document Reminder Email Grammar Improved - The automated email notification sent to document owners for pending site document uploads has been reworded for better clarity. The email now clearly explains that the recipient is receiving the notification because they are the Owner of the listed documents.
