The ComplyFlow Training Module helps you manage workplace training and compliance in one place. You can upload courses, assign training to workers or staff, and track completion and compliance. This guide provides Staff administrators with everything needed to effectively manage online training for your workforce.

Types of Training

  • SCORM Training: Online courses uploaded as ZIP files (up to 50MB)

  • External Training: Training completed outside ComplyFlow but tracked in the system

  • Offline / In-Person: Classroom or face-to-face training

Ways to Assign Training

  • Category-Based: Automatically assign training based on role or group

  • Project/Site-Based: Training required for specific sites or projects (e.g. inductions)

  • Individual: Assign training to specific people

  • Bulk Assignment: Assign once to many users

  • Training Assigners: Rules that automatically assign training when conditions are met

Compliance Statuses
