Before you get started
AI-powered review is available on selected form questions in a form. When enabled, you'll see an AI Review button appear after you upload your document.
What is AI-Powered Review?
AI-powered review analyses your uploaded document against criteria set by your client. It provides instant feedback on what's covered, what's missing, and suggestions for improvement.
What it does
Reviews your response against predefined criteria
Provides a score and detailed assessment
Flags gaps with specific feedback
Suggests improvements to strengthen your submission
Allows you to update and re-review (up to 3 times per question)
What it doesn't do
Does NOT replace human review — A reviewer will still assess your submission
Does NOT block submission — You can submit your form regardless of the AI review score
Does NOT share your document outside ComplyFlow — Your documents remain secure within the platform
Using AI Review
1. Click the AI Review button that appears below the upload field.
2. Wait about 60 seconds while the review processes. You'll see status messages updating
3. Once complete, the AI Review section appears in a collapsed view showing how many review attempts remain.
4. Click to expand the section and view the high-level summary
Note: The actual criteria, scoring, and feedback will vary depending on the specific form question and requirements set by your client. The feedback will be self explanatory.
5. Scroll down to see the detailed assessment showing each criterion, status (Y/P/N), comments, and recommendations.
Removing a File and Trying Again
If you need to remove the uploaded file and start over:
1. Locate the document in the upload section
2. Click the Delete icon (trash bin) in the Actions column
3. Upload a new document
4. Click AI Review again (this will count as one of your 3 review attempts)
For Reviewers
If you're reviewing a form submission that included an AI review, the results will be visible alongside the submitted document.
What you'll see
The AI review section appears as a collapsible panel showing remaining review attempts
Click to expand and see the full review including grade, score, detailed assessment, and all feedback
What changes
Nothing changes in your review workflow. The AI review is additional context to help inform your assessment. You still make the final decision on whether to approve or request changes to the submission.
