Introduction
Comply Flow’s Online Training Branding option allows you to save your organisation's colours, fonts, logos, and voice over.
You will need permission to Add and Edit Training to manage and build Online Training. For more information, see Staff Permissions Overview
Setting up the Brand Kit
To access the Brand Kit:
1. Log in to your ComplyFlow account.
2. Navigate to the Training module and select Add Course.
3. Choose any option to setup your branding kit
4. Enter the course name and expiry period.
5. Select the icon at the top right next to the Preview toggle, then select Brand Kit.
6. Select Start from a preset theme to edit as existing or click Create theme to customise your own.
7. Name or update your Theme name and adjust to suit your business.
8. Select your font from the list or upload a font.
9. Upload your logo and set the display options.
10. Preview your changes on the right-hand panel. Select Save changes once finalised.
Add additional Logos
Upload other versions of your business logo for use across dark or light backgrounds.
Add Images
Use the Asset Library to upload business approves images.
Apply Brand Voice
Navigate to Brand Voice to setup a Primary voice
1. Describe your brand
2. Select the default language for your business.
3. Adjust tone using sliders (e.g., friendly–professional, casual–formal). Choose a writing perspective (e.g., first person or second person).
4. Set sentence length and define preferred terminology.
5. Add any terms to avoid. Paste example content to guide tone and style.
6. Select image style and define what imagery to avoid. Select Save changes to apply your settings.
