Overview
This guide explains how to create and submit a Form, respond to client feedback, and transfer a Form to another contact.
Creating and Submitting a Form
1. Go to Forms in the left menu and select New Form.
2. Choose the Form Type and Site from the dropdown menus and select Create.
3. Complete all the necessary fields. All items marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
4. At the bottom of the page, select one of the available options. Select Save & Submit when you have finished completing the Form.
Understanding the Save Options
When completing a Form, the following options are available at the bottom of the page:
Cancel — discards any unsaved changes and exits the Form
Save Draft & Exit — saves your progress as a draft so you can return and complete the Form later; the Form status is unchanged
Save & Continue — saves your progress and keeps you in the Form to continue completing the remaining sections
Save & Submit — submits the completed Form to your Client for review
Once the form has been submitted, an email notification will be sent to the Reviewer for approval. You will receive an email when the form status changes or more information is required.
Responding to Client Feedback
After you submit a Form, your Client may need extra detail before they can approve it. When a reviewer requests changes, they leave feedback against specific Form questions and send the Form back to you. The Form status changes to Feedback Required, and you receive an email letting you know that action is needed. An alert also appears on your Dashboard.
Feedback comes in two types:
Action Required — you must update your answer or add more detail before the Form can be approved
Feedback Only — a comment for your information that does not require a change
From email or Dashboard
To add the requested information:
1. Open the email you receive, or select the Form alert on your Dashboard. Select Complete to open the Form.

2. Reviewer feedback appears directly beneath each affected question, with an Action Required or Feedback marker. Select the feedback item to view the full history in the slide-over panel. Update your answers to address each Action Required item.
3. When you have addressed the feedback, select Save & Submit to return the updated Form to your Client.
4. A pop-up will appear asking whether you want to add a comment about how the additional request has been resolved. Enter your response in the Comment field, then select Send to return your comments to the Reviewer. If you don't need to add a comment, select Close instead.
From the Forms List
You can also respond to a Client's feedback directly from the Actions menu in the Forms list, without opening the full Form first.
1. Select Forms in the left menu to open the Forms list.
2. Locate the Form with a Feedback Required status. Select Actions next to the Form, then select the Resolve feedback option from the dropdown.
3. Address each Action Required item, then submit the Form to return it to your Client.
Transferring a Form to Another Contact
You can transfer a Form to another contact in your Company, for example when responsibility for the Form moves to a different team member.
1. Select Forms in the left menu to open the Forms list.
2. Locate the Form you want to transfer. Select View next to the Form, then select Transfer Contact Person.
3. Choose the contact to transfer the Form to, then select Transfer Contact Person.
