How to configure Hide Site from Selected Form types
You have the option to hide Sites for specific Form types, and this functionality should be applicable to both simple and standard forms.
You must have permission to configure Forms (previously Permit Admin) to configure this setting. See Staff Permissions Overview | ComplyFlow Help Center
1. Navigate to Forms > Module Settings.
2. Check the box next to Hide Site for Selected Form Types, then select Add Another to display the dropdown menu box. Choose the Form type from the dropdown menu.
If the Hide Sites for Selected Form Types option is checked, any existing configuration should be displayed (i.e. you should not lose any previously saved settings, regardless of whether the feature was enabled or disabled when last saved).
If the Hide Sites for Selected Form Types option is unchecked, it will result in the configuration being greyed out and the feature being disabled upon submission.
3. Multiple Form types can be added by selecting Add Another and deleted by selecting Remove. Then select Submit to save any changes made.
4. When the Hide Site for Selected Form Types is enabled, navigate to Forms > All Forms > New Form. From there, select the Form type from the dropdown menu. The Site will not be displayed in the first step of the Form; instead, it should be a hidden field with the default selection.
You may encounter an error if you are not assigned to any Site.
