1. How do I register to Comply Flow and how do I know I have completed successfully the registration process?

You have received an invitation email with a link to register. When clicking the 'Register Now' link you will then be taken to the log-in screen and asked to fill in the details, once you have done that you will be taken to a dashboard with an alert asking you to accept the invitation. Click the ‘Accept’ button to successfully complete the registration.

Note: If you do not have the Safety and Accounts contact, they can be left blank when you are registering. You should be able to fill in the details when they're available using this guide.

2. I can’t find the invitation email.

Sometimes you may receive the invitation email in Spam or Junk folders. If you still can’t find the invitation email, let us know the problem you’ve encountered at support@complyflow.com.au or click the blue chat button at the right bottom of your screen where we will assist you.

3. Why do I get this message alert ‘User with this email already exists’ when I’m trying to register myself and what can I do?

It’s most likely you already started the registration wizard, but you did not go all the way through. In this case, click on this link, and enter your login email address and password. If for some reason your password does not work you can get a new one using our Password reset guide. Once you receive the new password go back to the login link previously provided and finish the registration wizard. Do not forget to click the ‘Accept’ button on the invitation alert from your dashboard.

4. I need a login, where can I get one?

Contact one of the existing administrators the company has and once you’ve been added to the Comply Flow system they have the possibility to create an admin account for you if you'll be managing the company requirements in the system or send you a login link to register your worker account.

5. I was informed I have been created an administrator account but I can’t access it.

Go to this link, fill in your login email address and password and click the ‘Login’ button. If your email is not accepted, get in touch with our live chat support team for assistance by clicking the blue chat button at the right bottom of the login screen.

6. I can’t access the login link I’ve been sent.

a) If you got this message ‘Invalid token, Please contact your administrator’, you’ve been archived by your company admin for some reason or by mistake. In this case, you will need to contact your company admin to get a new login link.

b) If you got this message ‘Your token has expired’, it means that the login link is already expired since its validity is good for 10 days only from the time it's been sent. You may either click the 'SEND ME A NEW ONE' button or contact your company administrator to request a new login link.

Note: If you have registered your account already, you may go to this link directly and fill in your email address and password then click the ‘Login’ button. If you cannot remember the password, use our Password Reset guide to get a new one.

7. I’ve been sent a login link, why can’t I see everything in my dashboard?

The login link you’ve been sent is a token login. It will give you the option to register your account and once registered you will be able to upload your requested documents, and your photo and take the online inductions via Dashboard. Here are some reasons why you can't see everything on your dashboard:

a) You have been added to the system but have not yet been assigned to the client. You should contact your company administrator immediately to assign your profile to the respective client.

b) You have been deactivated by your company admin or the client. You should contact them directly if you need your profile to be reactivated.

c) Your company has been deactivated by the project or client. You may contact your company administrator for further information.

8. How do I log in to ComplyFlow?

Go to this link fill in your email address and password, then click the ‘Login’ button. If your email is not accepted get in touch with our live chat support team for assistance by clicking the blue chat button located at the bottom right of the login page.

9. How can my employees log in to Comply Flow system to upload their requested documents?

To give your employees the possibility to upload their own documents you can use this guide to create a token link and send it to them. This way they will be able to register their accounts and when logged in, they will see their own dashboard, upload the requested documents and photos, and online inductions to complete.

10. My login link seems to have expired. How do I fix it?

If you receive a message that your token has expired, it means that the login link you are trying to use is more than 10 days old. You will need to be re-issued a new one. To do so, click the 'SEND ME A NEW ONE' button and check your email for the new login link.

Note: If you have registered your account already, you may go to this link directly and fill in your email address and password then click the ‘Login’ button.

11. I forgot my password. What do I do?

If you forgot your password and need to reset it, follow the steps in our Resetting password guide.

12. What do I do when my account has been locked?

Make sure to check your email address and password have no errors and try to log in again. If the locked account error is still coming up, please try to reset your password using this guide. If the error is still coming up, click on the blue chat button located at the bottom of your screen or contact us at support@complyflow.com.au.
