The Dashboard

The Dashboard is one of the most important pages in Comply Flow: it’s where you can see everything your business needs to become compliant - for all your Clients - in one place.

For Administrators: You can see all your own Requirements, Company requirements and Worker Requirements for your business. If you want Workers to complete their own requirements, you can simply ‘Dismiss’ the alert to hide it. It will still remain on the Workers' own dashboard, where they can upload it themselves.

For Workers: You will see all Requirements you have to complete (e.g. Photos or Documents to upload) in order to become compliant for any companies assigned, or for your own business if internal requirements are set up.

How does the Dashboard work?

To get compliant, all you need to do is work through each Requirement on your Dashboard.

1. Overview

The little Requirements badge at the top of the page lets you know how many total Requirements are on your Dashboard to be completed.

2. Completing Requirements

In any table row, you can read a description of the requirement, who it's requested by and (if you’re an Admin) who it's for. For example, it might be a Qualification or Licence you need to upload.

To get compliant, just click the action item (i.e. ‘Upload Document’). This will open a pop-up which walks you through everything you need to do. Once the item is uploaded or completed, the Requirement will disappear from the Dashboard.

a) External requirements (from Clients) will either go for review by Comply Flow, the Client or be immediately uploaded.

b) Internal Documents (that can be assigned by your business to track internally) will appear as ‘Uploaded’ in the Worker profile or Documents List. Learn More about Internal Documents

3. Using the Filters

You can also use filters (next to the Search Bar) to filter the Entity, Requested By, Requirement Type or Requirement Status to narrow down the Requirements displaying in the table.

For example, if you want to just complete Requirements that have already Expired, or are Expiring Soon, you can do that easily with the filters.

When you select filters in the slide-over on the right-hand side of the page, tags will appear above the table to show you the name of all filters applied. You can de-select them from the Filters panel, or you can click the 'x' on the little tags to remove the filters.

4. Dismiss Alerts (Admins Only Feature)

Contractor Administrators in Comply Flow can see all Requirements across the account, including your own personal Requirements, Company requirements (e.g. requests for Company records, certificates, etc from Clients) and Worker Requirements for all your Workers.

a) If you want your Workers, or other Admins, to complete the Requirements, you can ‘Dismiss’ the alert to hide it so you don’t see it on your Dashboard. The Worker or other Admin will still see the Alert on their Dashboard, and can complete it themselves.

b) To see the alert after you’ve dismissed it, simply click the toggle ‘Display Dismissed Requirements’ and these will re-appear in your view. You can ‘Undismiss them’ by selecting the Undismiss button.
