Setting up a Username and Password via a Login Link

Follow these steps to set up your username and password:

If you are a new worker registering with Comply Flow for the first time, please follow the New Worker steps.

If you have an existing Comply Flow profile with another company, please follow the Existing Comply Flow Worker steps.

New Worker

1. If you have not accessed Comply Flow before and you aren't an Administrator you will receive an email requesting you to proceed to your account. Click the 'Get Started' button.

Note: If the hyperlink is blocked by your mail provider please copy and paste the URL into your browser.

2. You will be required to set up your username and password. Each user requires a unique email. If you have a work email use that otherwise you can use your personal email.

  1. If your email is correct leave it as it is, otherwise, update it to the correct email (1)

  2. Enter a password, there are minimum requirements which will show in red if you haven't met them (2)

  3. Confirm your password (3)

  4. Click 'REGISTER' to finish (4)

NOTE: All users are now required to register their username and password. Login links are no longer in use for privacy reasons. If a company email is not available we suggest registering via a free provider like Gmail, Yahoo and etc.

3. When you are using Comply Flow system for the first time, you will be required to confirm your HR-related details. Edit if necessary then click the ‘Information is correct’ button to move on.

Note: These details will pop up for confirmation every 12 months.

4. On the next screen, you will be requested to confirm your attributes if required by the client. It is mandatory that you select Yes or No for all the displayed attributes and then click the ‘Information is correct’ button.

5. Once you land on your dashboard, action the requests. If you are uploading a document, click the ‘Upload Document’ button next to the document request.

6. Fill out the details in the following screen.

Document Type - This will default to the document you selected to upload (1).
Upload File -
Drag the file here or click it to select from your computer (2).
Expiry Date - Enter the expiry date if applicable (3).
No expiry date required- If the document does not have an expiry date, this check box must be selected (4).
Comment- Add a comment if needed (5).
Upload Document(s) - Click ‘Upload Document(s)' to finish (6).

7. You may have online inductions on your dashboard. To take the online test, click the ‘Complete Training’ button.

8. When you have actioned everything on your dashboard and there is nothing left to be completed, it will display as below.

Existing Comply Flow Worker

1. If you have an existing Comply Flow profile with another company, you will still need an email with a login link from your new company requesting you to continue if you need to use the same email address. Click 'Get Started' to proceed:

2. You will receive the message below. To proceed, please enter the old password you've used with your previous profile and click 'Confirm & Continue'.

3. You will then be required to confirm your HR-related details. Edit if necessary then click the ‘Information is correct’ button to move on.

Note: These details will pop up for confirmation every 12 months.

4. On the next screen, you will be requested to confirm your attributes if required by the client. It is mandatory that you select Yes or No for all the displayed attributes and then click the ‘Information is correct’ button.

5. Once you land on your dashboard, you will see all the requested documents, photo and online inductions that need to be completed.
