1. How do I add workers?

To register your workers into the system follow the steps from our Adding Workers user guide.

2. When adding a new worker, I get the “Not a valid email address” error. What can I do?

Double-check that when filling in the email address you might mistakenly add an extra space in the end.

3. How do I let someone else upload documents for the company?

In order to add another administrator, the person needs to be already registered in the system. Once you are sure the person exists in the system, use this guide to create the administrator. They will receive an email invitation to ComplyFlow. If they cannot find the invitation email, advise them to check it in the spam or junk folders.

4. I want to remove a worker, how do I delete them from the system?

You cannot completely remove a person from the system, but in case the worker changes companies or just leaves the company use this guide to archive them.

5. I have archived a worker and I need him active again, how can I do that?

To reverse this action for one or more workers, you may refer to step 3 from this guide.
