1. Can I register myself for induction?

After providing all requested documents, yes you can register yourself for the available induction course(s). Once registered for at least an induction course, the dashboard alert will no longer be available. To register for another induction course, you should contact the project staff members or the client.

Note: This is only applicable to company administrators. For workers to be registered, they should contact their company administrator for further assistance.

2. Who can register me or the workers for site induction?

The administrator(s) of the company can register the workers for site induction once all documents and photo requests are uploaded and approved.

3. How do I register my workers for induction?

Once all requested documents are uploaded and approved, you will be given the possibility to register your workers via the dashboard for a future induction course where there are available free seats. The dashboard alert will no longer be available once you have registered them for an induction course. If you need them to register for another induction course, please contact a Project staff member or the client and they will do it for you.

4. I can’t register my people for the induction but they need to go on-site ASAP?

If you cannot register your employees for induction, it means that either you or the worker did not upload their photo (if requested) and all the requested documents via the dashboard. Another reason is they did not take the online inductions if there are any available or the documents are not approved yet. Once uploaded and approved all the requested information, you will have the possibility to book your workers for induction.

9. Why do I have to take the online inductions?

If you do not pass the online test(s) or do not attempt them you won’t be able to go and work on-site, so in able to have access to attempt your work on-site, you need to take these test(s) where required.
