If you login with your email and password, start with step 1, but if you sign in with Microsoft, skip to step 8.
1.If you have forgotten your password or are having difficulty logging in, go to your login page and select Forgot your password.
2. A new page will open, where you can (1) enter your login email address, (2) tick the ‘I’m not a robot’ checkbox, and (3) select the Reset Password button.
3. An email containing a link to reset your password will now be sent to your email address. Check your inbox, as well as the spam and junk folders, to find it.
4. If you already have an active account, you’ll receive a similar email as shown below. Select the Reset password link. This will open a new tab in your browser.
5. A new page will open; please (1) fill in your new password, (2) confirm the new password, and (3) select the Reset Password button to finish.
6. Select the Back to login page button to navigate to the login page. Fill in your email and new password, and log into the system. If you are using the ComplyFlow apps, you will also need to update your password within the app.
7. If you try to reset your password and haven’t registered yet, you’ll receive a similar email as shown below instead of the screenshot from step 4 above. Select the Register Here link and follow the prompts.
8. If you log in using Microsoft, select Sign in with Microsoft.
9. Next, select Can’t access your account? and follow the prompts to reset your Microsoft account password.
If you don’t see an option to reset your Microsoft password on the following page or you’re unable to reset your password this way, contact your organisation’s system administrator to have it reset.
