When looking for compliant workers you are looking for the green tick in the profile. This means they are setup correctly and have provided documentation and completed training.

Compliance Status:

Compliant =

Non Compliant =

Pending Review =

Depending on the client, there may have a different setup required for compliance.
โ€‹As a minimum each person needs:

  • A active worker category

  • Assigned to a Project/Site

  • All requested documents uploaded and training complete

Additional requirements depending on the client:

  • Profile photo

  • Online training

To make sure someone is setup correctly to reach compliance follow these steps:

1. Go to your Workers list.

2. Type the person's name in the Search field and press the Enter button.
3. Select the View button beside the person's profile.
4. Make sure the person is assigned to the Client in the Compliance Setting section and select the Manage button next to the client's name. Otherwise, select your Client from the dropdown list and select the Assign Worker button to save, then go back to the same section to select Manage next to your Client's name.

Assign a worker role in the Worker Categories section.

If relevant assign a plant category from the Plant & Vehicle Category section.

If relevant assign any additional documents in the Additional Document Category section

Assign at least one option from the Project/Site section

Each category will have a status to let you know if the person is compliant for that category.

Requirements are not met for this category which means that the worker still has something outstanding on their dashboard.

All requirements for this category have been met

All requirements have been met however there are still documents waiting to be reviewed.

The requirements will be related to online training, documents and potentially profile setup.

Note: All categories need to be compliant in order for someone to have a compliant status overall.
