Each worker in Comply Flow is required to have a unique email address. This email address is useful to link workers under different employers.

If your company prefers to manage everything you can set up an email alias that points to the admin email. This means this worker won't be able to link their profile to other employers.

An email alias is something your company IT dept can set up, there are ways to set up a wild card so the admin can enter a new email without having to go back to IT

{anything goes here} .company@company.com

example 1: tomsmith.abc@abc.com

example 2: johnjenkins.abc@abc.com

This will allow the admin to add new workers without having to get a new email alias set up every time.
