When you login to Comply Flow as an administrator for your company you will see a compliance Snapshot across all clients.
Below outlines what each section means.
1. Company Compliance:
Compliant = Contractor's status in the ORG is "Active"
Not Complaint = Contractor's status anything else other than "Active"
2. Workforce Compliance:
Compliant = Overall Status marked with the green tick
Not Compliant = Overall Status marked with the red cross
Each worker is counted per Organisation
Inactive/Archived workers aren't counted
3. Plant Compliance:
Counted per Plant item and per Organisation
Compliant = No Plant Category or All Plant Categories assigned are "Active"
Not Compliant = Any Plant Category not "Active"
Archived/Not in use aren't counted per Organisation
4. Total Compliance = Total sum of Company/Workforce/Plant Compliance data
5. Online Training = exactly as the tooltips says on the page
6. This Week: This Week Permits = any Permit that is Active/In Progress/Issues or On Hold(after being approved) on this day.
