Workers can be registered for inductions once they have a worker category, have uploaded all documents (including photo if requested) everything has been approved and, if available, the online tests they have been passed.

1. Once the above are met there will be an alert on your dashboard to register your worker for an induction. Click the ‘Click Here’ button to book an induction.

Note: Once the worker has been booked into the induction that alert will disappear from your dashboard. If you need to register the person for other inductions please contact the client or project for assistance.

2. Select the session (1) and click ‘Book’ (2). For more information see explanations below.

Note: Sessions that are full will not show up.

a) Each session can have multiple courses. To register select the session by checking the radio button on the right hand side (1). Click the ‘Book’ button to reserve a seat. (2)
b) Click on the ‘Do it later’ button and you can come back to the dashboard alert later. (3)
c) You can dismiss the request, by clicking the ‘Dismiss’ button (4). If you dismissed the training session by mistake please contact your provider.

3. Once you have registered workers for training you can view details in the ‘Training’ tab, under ‘Offline Sessions’. Including the venue and any other information.

Note: If there is any reason why your employee cannot attempt the course, you may change it for another available one by clicking the ‘Change’ (1) button (see step 4). The employee can be removed from the course by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button(2). If you have removed them you will see a dashboard alert to book the course again.

4. If you click the ‘Change’ button, you will be able to choose another one. Select a new session (1) and click the ‘Change’ button (2)
