As a subcontractor you will be required to submit documentation to the client for review. The requests depend on the type of work your company will be doing and the categories set for your workers. The requests will show on the dashboard. The aim is to clear your dashboard.

1. Uploading Documents for the Company.

To upload the company requested documents, go to Filters (1), tick the checkbox 'Contractor Document' (2) in the Requirement Type, click the 'Done' button (3) to save.

Click the 'Upload Document' button next to the company document request.

Fill in the details, attach the document and click the 'Upload Document(s)' button to finish (6).

Document Type - This will default to the document you selected to upload (1).
Upload File -
Drag the file here or click it to select from your computer (2).
Expiry Date - Enter the expiry date if applicable (3).
No Expiry Date - If the document does not have an expiry date, this check box must be selected (4).
Comment - Add a comment if needed (5).
Upload Document(s) - Click this to upload file (6).

Note: You can upload up to 20 files for a document request on your dashboard, but their total size should not exceed 60MB.

If you’ve mistakenly uploaded a wrong document and the document is still awaiting approval, there are two areas to delete the document:

(a). Documents' tab on the left > Document List and remove the document by clicking the 'Delete & Redo' button.

2. Uploading documents and photos for yourself and your workers.

Whether you are uploading the documents and/or photos for yourself or for other workers, you will find the worker document/photo requests on your dashboard. Filter the people documents using the 'Entity Type' column/filter and select 'Worker'. The shortest and easiest way to upload the requested documents/photos is by clicking the 'Upload Document' and/or 'Upload Photo' button next to the document/photo request on your dashboard.

To upload a person’s photo into the system, find the photo request on your dashboard and click the 'Upload Photo' button next to the alert with your workers’ name on it. For further details please see this guide.

Note: If you are the company administrator, another way to upload the documents is by entering the worker details and clicking the 'Actions' dropdown option next to the document then click 'Upload' in the Document table.

In case you’ve mistakenly uploaded a wrong document and the document hasn’t been approved yet, click the 'Actions' dropdown option next to the document then click 'Delete & Redo' button in the Documents table.
