Documents can only be removed if they haven’t been processed yet, once they have been processed they can be superseded.

To remove a document before it’s been processed follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the 'Documents' tab > Documents List.

Note: For detailed instructions check the Worker, Plant and Company documents guides.

2. Find the document that is waiting to be processed. Use 'Filters' button (1) > set Status to 'Awaiting Approval' > tick the checkbox under Entity (2) (depends on your choice) to find the document easily and click 'Done' button (3). Alternatively, you may use the 'Search...' bar feature to find the document.

3. Delete the document by clicking ‘Actions' button next to the document name and select ‘Delete & Redo’ button.

4. Once deleted, you can re-upload the document by clicking the ‘Actions’ button and hit 'Upload' button.

5. To supersede an expiring worker, contractor or plant document because you have already uploaded an updated (renewed) a copy, click the 'Actions' button next to the document name and hit 'Manually Expire' button.

Note: You may also send a request to supersede the document at support@complyflow.com.au and someone will get back to you.

6. To view the uploaded and/or approved documents, enter the document name in the Search bar or use the Filters button. Click on the ‘Actions’ button next to the document name and click 'View Details' button.

Note: To view the document history about superseded, expired and rejected documents, click the 'View Document History' button.

7. To download the uploaded and/or approved documents, find the document or use the Search bar and Filters button. Click the arrow down - '↓' next to the document name.

Another way to download the document is by clicking the 'Actions' button next to the document name then select 'View Details' and click 'Download' button.
