If you're an administrator, uploading for other workers, you will find the worker document requests on your dashboard or by entering the worker details.
To upload the documents on behalf of the workers, go to 'Filters' (1), tick the checkbox 'Worker Requirements' (2) in the Entity Type, and click the 'Done' button (3) to save.
Then click the 'Upload Document' button next to the dashboard alert.
Note: The requests have hyperlinks from the Entity column that link directly to the worker record if you want to see more information.
2. On the next pop-up page:
Document Type - This will default to the document you selected to upload (1).
Upload File - Drag the file here or click it to select from your computer (2).
Expiry Date - Enter the expiry date if applicable (3).
No Expiry Date - If the document does not have an expiry date, this check box must be selected (4).
Comment- Add a comment if needed (5).
Upload Document(s) - Click this to upload the file (6).
3. Another way of uploading the documents is by going to the ‘Workers’ tab.
4. On the following screen click the ‘View’ button next to the worker you want to upload the document for.
5. Go to the ‘Documents’ tab and click the 'Actions' button next to the document request and select ‘Upload’ button.
Note: If the wrong document has been uploaded and is still awaiting approval, you can remove the document by clicking ‘Actions' button next to the document request and select ‘Delete & Redo’ button.
7. Go to the Upload File page.
Document Type - This will default to the document you selected to upload (1).
Upload File - Drag the file here or click it to select from your computer (2).
Expiry Date - Enter the expiry date if applicable (3).
No Expiry Date - If the document does not have an expiry date, this check box must be selected (4).
Comment - Add a comment if needed (5).
Upload Document(s) - Click this to upload the file (6).
Note: The above steps should be completed for all documents that have been requested. You will get an alert when they are reviewed, approved, or rejected.
