Adding plant to the system will automatically trigger document requests. These documents can be uploaded either through the dashboard or directly within the plant's record.

  1. Uploading plants documents via dashboard

  2. Uploading plant documents within the plant’s record.

(Note: the documents need to be PDFs - Word documents aren't accepted due to potential issues with the formatting of the content)

1. Go to the Dashboard, select Filters > tick the 'Plants & Vehicles' checkbox in Requirement Type and select ‘Done’ button. Then upload the file by selecting the 'Upload Document' button next to the plant document request.

Note: The requests have hyperlinks that link directly to the plant record if you want to see more information.

2. On the following page, fill in the details, select the file, and upload.

3. Another way of uploading is by going to the ‘Plant & Vehicles’ from the left.

4. On the following screen select the ‘view’ button next to the plant you are interested in.

5. On the next screen select the 'View' button next to the client name, to enter further the plant details.

6. Go to the ‘Documents’ table and select the ‘Add Documents’ button (1).

Note: If the wrong document has been uploaded and is still awaiting approval, you can remove the document by selecting ‘Delete’ (2).

7. On the next page:

a) The Document Type will automatically show. (1)
b) Drag the file into the box or click to select. (2)
c) Enter Expiry Date if applicable. (3)
d) If there is no expiry this box must be checked. (4)
e) Add a comment if required. (5)
f) select ‘Upload Document(s)’. (6)

8. Once uploaded, the documentation will be processed by the client.
