Suppliers/Contractors are required to submit documentation for the Client. The document requests vary based on the nature of the work your company will be undertaking. These requests will show on the dashboard.

1. Click the three-bar icon in the left menu to navigate to the Dashboard page, then click the Upload Document button to upload the requested document.

2. The Upload Document/s modal will display where you can drag and drop or browse and upload the requested document:

Before you begin uploading your documents, it's important to understand each field in the Upload Document/s modal to make the process easier. Each step corresponds to a specific part of the upload process:

  • Document Type - This will default to the document you selected to upload (1).

  • Upload File - Drag the file here or click it to select from your computer (2).

  • Expiry Date - Enter the expiry date if applicable (3).

  • No Expiry Date - If the document does not have an expiry date, this check box must be selected (4).

  • Comment- Add a comment if needed (5).

  • Upload Document(s) - Click this to upload the file (6).

Note: You can upload up to 20 files for a document request, but their total size should not exceed 60 MB.

Can I replace an existing document I’ve uploaded?

If the wrong document has been uploaded and the status is ‘Awaiting Approval’, navigate to the Documents page from the Left menu > Document List menu item.

Next, select the Actions > Delete & Redo dropdown button next to the document you need to replace:

Once it’s deleted, you’ll be able to upload the correct document for the requested Document Type.

To upload additional files, refer to the Additional Contractor documents guide.
