Effectively managing your plant and vehicles in ComplyFlow ensures compliance and streamlined operations. This guide walks you through viewing, editing, and updating plant records, assigning them to clients and projects, and managing document requests.
To perform these actions, log in to your ComplyFlow dashboard with your username and password, or sign in with Microsoft.
Access and Filter Your Plant List
1. On the top left, select the module picker > Plant & Vehicles to open the plant and vehicle list.
2. Find the plant in the list or narrow down your results by applying relevant filters. If you need to add a new plant or vehicle, select Add Plant/Vehicle at the top right and follow the steps in this guide: Adding Plant & Vehicles
Status
Compliant (green): when it is In Use AND all document categories requested are Approved
Not Compliant (red): when it is In Use AND there is at least 1 Document Category requested that hasn’t been uploaded, OR has been uploaded but not yet approved.
Export
Select Download CSV at the bottom to export the list.
Edit Plant or Vehicle and Assign to a Client
1. Select View next to the plant or vehicle you wish to edit.
2. Select the Category and Type from the drop-down list.
3. Assign the plant to one or more clients by selecting the Client from the dropdown list and selecting the plus button.
4. Select the Update at the bottom to apply your changes.
Assign Plant to Categories and Projects
1. Select View next to the plant or vehicle you wish to edit.
2. In the Clients table, select View next to the client name.
3. In the Plant Categories tab, choose the Plant Category from the dropdown menu options and select the plus button. Assigning a category to the plant will generate document requests.
4. Select the Projects tab, and from the dropdown options, select the Project where this plant will be used and select the plus button.
Note: The only projects you can select are the ones already assigned to your company.
5. Select the Update at the bottom to apply your changes.
Manage Documents
1. Select View next to the plant or vehicle you wish to edit.
2. In the Clients table, select View next to the client name.
3. Select the Documents tab to view the table showing requested documents and their status.
4. To upload a document, select Upload. You may view this guide for more details on uploading documents: Uploading Contractor Documents via the Dashboard
5. If a document has been uploaded by mistake, select Supersede Document. This will force the document to expire and a new request to be available.
6. To view an uploaded document, you can select the document name.
7. If you want to upload another document for a document category, select ADD DOCUMENTS, and on the upload page, select the document category from the dropdown options. Enter the other required details and select Upload Documents.
8. Select the Update at the bottom to apply your changes.
Track Project Sign-In/Sign-Out Status
1. Select View next to the plant or vehicle you wish to edit.
2. In the Clients table, select View next to the client name.
3. Select the Project Sign Book tab to see whether your plant is signed in and/or out of a project.
