To stop notifications or to archive plants and vehicles, it needs to be set as not in use. Follow these steps.

1. Click on the ‘Plant & Vehicles' tab to enter your plant list.

2. Click on the ‘view’ button beside the plant.

3. Check the 'Clients' table to the right, tick the checkbox (1) next to the client(s) you want to set the plant as ‘Not in Use’ on, then click on the ‘Not in Use’ button (2).

Note: Before setting a plant to ‘Not in Use’ it must be signed out from all projects. If it is still signed in please contact the project.
