Archiving plant and vehicles in ComplyFlow helps you maintain an organised and up-to-date list by removing items no longer in use. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to archive or unarchive plant and vehicles, ensuring your records remain accurate and manageable.
Archive Plant & Vehicles
To perform these actions, log in to your ComplyFlow account.
1. On the top left, select the 
module picker > Plant & Vehicles.
2. Find the item in the list and select the View button next to it.
3. Scroll down and select Archive, and select Archive on the confirmation popup.
Archiving will remove the item from the list of Plant & Vehicles, Sites, and Projects it is assigned to.
Unarchive Plant & Vehicles
1. Select the Plant & Vehicles.
2. Scroll down and select View Archived.
3. Find the plant or vehicle in the archived list and select the Unarchive button next to it.
Note: Unarchiving will restore the plant or vehicle to the previously assigned Sites and Projects.
