The 'Manage Others' feature in Live Access allows you to sign workers in via your mobile phone. This is commonly used when the worker doesn't have a smart phone or the ability to sign themselves in.
You will require either Site Access Monitor permissions or Live Safety Monitoring/Live Safety Global Monitoring. More information can be found here on assigning staff security.
How to sign in workers in
Follow these steps for signing in a contractor yourself (as a staff member) rather than the contractor signing in themselves.
1. Login to the Live Access app |

2. Click the top left 3 bars icon to open up the menu and select 'Manage Others' |  |
3. Select 'Add a Worker' at the bottom of the screen |  |
4. Enter their Full Name (exactly as it is in the system) OR their mobile number. Click search. |  |
5. Select the contractor in the search results and confirm sign in. |  |
6. Once signed in the worker will show on the map. |  |
How to sign a contractor out of site
Follow these steps for signing out a contractor from site.
7. Click the top left 3 bars icon to open up the menu and select Manage Others. |

8. You will see a list of all contractors signed in, and the company they are working for. Select Sign People Out. |  |
9. You can either select the individual contractor worker OR hit Select All if you want to sign out all contractors. Once selected, hit the blue Sign Out button at the bottom of the screen. |  |
