1. Log into the Live Access App on your phone.
2. Sign in and select Permits Awaiting Approval.
3. If you're already signed in, tap the hamburger icon (☰) in the upper-left corner to open the menu, then select Permits.
4. Scroll down to locate the permit you need to approve. You can use the search bar or select For Review from the dropdown menu to filter the list. Once you've found the correct permit, click on it to proceed.
5. From this screen, you can view all permit files, including any attachments submitted, by selecting View Permit Files. If you choose to Approve or Reject the permit, you’ll have the option to add a comment. Once a decision is made, a notification will be sent to the person who submitted the permit, informing them of the updated status.
A Success notification will appear at the bottom of the screen to confirm that the permit has been approved or rejected.
